Paralegal | Analista Legal

We are looking for a Paralegal / Legal Analyst to support Intellectual Property and Trademark matters, including portfolio management, deadline monitoring, preparation of reports and communications, and interaction with international clients.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in developing their careers in an international Intellectual Property environment.

Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

• Manage Intellectual Property and Trademark administrative matters and deadlines.
• Prepare reports, status updates, and communications for clients.
• Participate in meetings with international clients and IP law firms.
• Review and draft documents in English and Spanish.
• Maintain accurate IP portfolio records and case-management systems.
• Ensure clear and professional communication with clients and stakeholders.

• Advanced or fluent English (written and spoken).
• University degree (or advanced studies in Law or a related field).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
• Ability to learn new systems and communicate legal information effectively.

Good to Have

• Experience or knowledge in Intellectual Property and Trademark matters.
• Familiarity with international trademark procedures.
• Knowledge of Portuguese.
• Interest in technology and AI tools.
